Regarging scanned notes

I moved the scanned notes to a separate page where they can be viewed continuously in full size and linked forwards and backwards accordingly. I felt that having the thumbnails, as Franklin had it, made the notes too small to read and that it was a pain to view them continuously. The other option was to leave the scanned notes embedded in the main class notes page as Aroesler originally had them before Franklin's or my contributions. This seems fine to me as well, but perhaps having them in their own page is slightly better for people with slow internet connections not wanting to load all the images. I don't think it really matters as long as they can be read continuously one way or the other.
