Peter adds - Indeed there was a mistake in my formulas - the definition of [math]\displaystyle{ L }[/math]. The second [math]\displaystyle{ \beta }[/math] should be [math]\displaystyle{ \beta(d,b) }[/math], not [math]\displaystyle{ \beta(d,e) }[/math], and the third [math]\displaystyle{ \beta }[/math] should be [math]\displaystyle{ \beta(b,d) f(e) }[/math] not [math]\displaystyle{ \beta(e,d)f(b) }[/math] or whatever I said earlier. The other stuff is right.
