There may be an issue with form-degrees here, and it may be that $\prod _{{\text{red}} \atop e\in D}\Phi _{e}^{\ast }\omega _{3}\prod _{{\text{black}} \atop e\in D}\Phi _{e}^{\ast }\omega _{1}$ must be replaced with $\prod _{{\text{red}} \atop {\vec {e}}\in D}(\Phi _{\vec {e}}^{\ast }\omega _{3})_{21}\prod _{{\text{black}} \atop {\vec {e}}\in D}(\Phi _{\vec {e}}^{\ast }\omega _{1})_{10}$. I'll try to make a permanent fix soon.
