Notes for Studying for the Final Exam

These are notes that I'm making to study for the final exam as I go through the lecture notes. It's basically the handwritten notes that are already posted with a lot of details added in for myself as I go through them. They include helpful explanations from notes from past years, explanations that Prof. Bar-Natan said in class, and my own comments.
