The [math]\displaystyle{ \nu^{-1} }[/math]'s in the definition of [math]\displaystyle{ \check{Z} }[/math] should be [math]\displaystyle{ \nu }[/math]'s, and not as I wrote. That's what makes this result of LMMO a bit surprising. So the correct [math]\displaystyle{ \check{Z} }[/math] value of the unknot is [math]\displaystyle{ \nu^2 }[/math]!
