About 75km, mostly flat. My sister Ophra took public transportation to the great Budha in Kamakura while I rode there from Waseda. We met, said hello to each other and to the Budha, and then again she took public transportation while I rode, and we met again at Enoshima Island. A lovely place! We were going to spend much of the afternoon there, but very early on Ophra slipped in a very slippery algae-full tidal pool, and instead of Enoshima we spent the afternoon seeing how Japanese hospitals work. They work well! And it seems that Ophra will be well too with nothing more than pain relief.
