That was a long day! I biked 138km from home to Niagara Falls (isn't this something that every Toronto cyclist must do at least once?), then another 4km to the Niagara Falls bus station, then took a bus that took forever to get to Burlington, then a train to Toronto, and then another 1km ride back home. The total, 143km, is my longest 1-day ride since my 20s.
