The correct formula for the scattering of $a_{j0}$ is $a_{j0}+{\frac {e^{x_{i}}-1}{x_{i}}}Y_{ij0}$ and not as shown on this blackboard. A quick calculation is under 2008-12, on the "Hair Formulas" notebook page.
